About Me


My Story.

I have worked as a leader in the corporate world for 25 years. However, I wasn’t finding meaning in my work. And, worse, I believed I wasn’t adding value and as soon as someone figured this out, I would be out of a job.

I believed this story.
In fact, it defined the way I saw myself. Others saw me as a leader, but I didn’t see myself as a leader. I was playing small.

The truth was very different.
I finally was able to see that the truth was very different from the story I told myself. I was providing value – in fact, quite a lot of value. I was a trusted leader. However, I wasn’t in the driver’s seat of my career.

I had fallen into a trap of believing that someone else was going to find my meaning in my work. I was waiting for my fairy godmother or a knight in shining armor to point the way for me.

Then, one day, it hit me.
I was allowing others to define who I was. I was struggling against this wrong view of myself. I was blind to what was in my heart. I was struggling against myself when what I really needed to do was listen to my heart and move into the driver’s seat of my career.

I started paying attention.
I paid attention to what I loved and found energizing. I love being a coach, a facilitator, a speaker. I love bringing out the best in others. I moved to the driver’s seat in my life and I have intentionally stayed there. Being intentional and knowing that you have a choice about being in the driver’s seat was a game-changer.

Like it did for me, choosing to lead with intention will expand your influence. I learned to Intention + Choice + Performance habits equal expanded influence and impact. This equation is the magic ingredient.

I became an intentional leader.
My intention is to partner with you – to illuminate what’s possible for you – to inspire you to be the most brilliant leader you can be.

I am a lifelong learner.
I am always growing and developing myself so that I can be of the greatest service to you.
