About.
My Story.
I have worked as a leader in the corporate world for 25 years. However, I wasn’t finding meaning in my work. I believed I wasn’t adding value and as soon as someone figured this out, I would be out of a job. This story defined the way I saw myself. Others saw me as a leader, but I didn’t see myself as a leader. I played small.
The truth was very different.
I was providing value – in fact, quite a lot of value. I was a trusted leader.
However, I wasn’t in the driver’s seat of my career.
I was struggling against this wrong view of myself and was blind to what was in my heart. I was reacting to what was happening around me rather than making intentional choices and move into the driver’s seat of my career.
I made several intentional choices.
I chose to see myself as someone who delivers value. I paid attention and learned that people came to me for coaching, for inspiration, for consulting, for developing others. And, these were my favorite parts of my days.
Most significantly, I chose to move into the driver’s seat of my career and became a coach, a facilitator, and a speaker.
I became an intentional leader.
My strength and great passion is bringing out the best in others. Like it did for me, choosing to lead with intention will expand your influence.

I create partnerships – with you, with teams, with organizations – to illuminate – to illuminate what’s possible for you – to inspire you to be the most brilliant leader you can be.
